Personal Fitness

Personal training sounds exclusive, but it shouldn't be.

 

I like the sound of personal fitness instead. Fitness sounds closer to health and more like what we all need more of--healthy habits. Fitness also gives room for the more-than-physical benefits of physical activity, like mental well-being and resistance to stress. 

Let's see if we're a good fit for developing healthy habits around movement and fitness!

Your fitness, your way.

My mission as a personal trainer is to help my clients discover enjoyable movement while preventing injury and--when necessary--guide my clients through a return from injury. 

Exercise should be "enjoyable movement." If you haven't found yours yet, it's never too late! Each of us is designed for movement, and our bodies and minds operate at their best when movement is part of your routine. 

We'll be a good fit if:

  • You already have a fitness routine but need more structure or guidance

  • You used to exercise regularly and want to build back the habit

  • You've never exercised a minute in your life but want to start now

  • You have specific physical needs to meet sport, job, or health demands.
