Group session after Thursday's training runs. We’ll work on a few skills to supplement your running.

Service Description

This is a class for anyone who is or will be running. The “prevention” type of exercise covers a wide range of workouts, but what we’re going to do during this class is relatively light. That said, you'll be challenged in activating muscles and practicing new skills that are crucial for running form, efficiency, and happiness!
